Coconut Chutney


Idlis and Dosas sans coconut chutney is a sin according to me!!!!

Milder or Spicy.. These are to be must for my breakfast.






Ingredients Required:

Coconut - half cup
Ginger - small potion
Garlic - small portion
Green Chillies - 3

Process:

Grind all the ingredients mentioned above along with required salt.
Course or Rough-- whichever is preferred by you.
Season mustard, channa dal, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies.
Pour this seasoning on top of the grinded coconut paste.

Wowwww.. This beautiful fragrant chutney helps me enjoy the idlis with crisp vadas...
