Kadai Paneer


This South Indian delight is really a spicy treat for all the Rotis, and Flat Breads..



Ingredients Reqd:

Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
chilli powder - 1 sp
Salt - as reqd
Cream - quarter cup
Kasuri methi - few crushed
Capsicum -1
Panner - 50gm

To roast and grind:

Coreander seeds - 1sp
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cloves - 2 nos
Cardamom -1
Red chillies - 3 - 4

Process:

Saute the onions. Once they turn traslucent add ginger garlic paste and allow to cook
until the raw flaovor ends.



Add the capsicum and saute for 2mins
Add in the tomatoes. Allow to cook until the tomatoes turn mushy and seperate the oil.
At this stage add salt, and the crushed masala powder listed under the sub title : To roast and grind. ( Should be fried dry and grinded
to a course powder)



Add the crushed kasuri methi leaves,  and the paneer cubes.
Pour in the cream and stop the process..
