Thaenkuzhal Muruku


These thaenkuzhal muruku are easy to make as well very crispy to give you those crunchy bites.





To make the dough, you need:
1 cup Rice flour, 




1/3 cup Urad Dal flour





You have to dry roast the full shaped urad dals and the mortar them to a fine powder.
Salt per taste
Butter - 1tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp

Keep a pan of oil to heat.
Meantime, make a dough mixing all the ingredients mentioned with the help of warm water.







Thats it. Simple. Now with the help of the Muruku Press vessel, stuff the dough and press
into the hot oil making round & round & round until you are satisfied with number of rounds
you need for the muruku :-)
