Collect few Wheat Bread slices., a Saffola Masala Oats packet, White of an egg.
In a pan, pour water as directed in the saffola masala oats packet and cook them.
Add in the white portion of the egg and blend thoroughly & cook well.
Toast the Wheat Bread and square slice them into equal portions.
Place a spoonful of the oats mixture.
Sprinkle any Italian or Pizza seasoning if you have stocked them at home..
Can replace Sweet Milk Breads & the yolk portion of the egg if you make them for your kids.

Ladoos are always yummy. And this version is the ladoos made out of sathumavu.
Sathumavu - 1cup
Milkmaid - 3/4 cup
Dry fry the sathumavu flour for 2 secs.
Pour in the milkmaid and keep stirring.
When you see the mixture getting harden, stop and allow to cool.
Make balls or squares or whatever shape you want them.
Easy & instant.
The best partner for any dry dal rice or sambar rice and as well for the variety rices.
Collect the following vegetables:
*4 small brinjals ( chopped) * 2 med potatoes ( chopped) *50 gm french beans
(chopped) * 1 raw banana ( chopped) * 1 drumstick ( chopped ) *1tbsp oil
* 1/2 cup curd * 5-6 curry leaves *1 tsp turmeric pd *salt ( to taste)
Grind for paste:
* 1/2 coconut fresh *1tsp Cumin seeds * 4 green chillies
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add all te chopped vegetables with 2 cups water
& microwave covered at 100 % for 10 - 12 min.
2. To this add the above mentioned paste and rest of the ingredients.
Mix well & microwave covered at 100 % power for 5-6 min.
Standing time of 2-3 min is given.
3. Garnish with grated coconut. Serve with hot rice.

All you need to do is to buy a fresh Musk melon fruit.
Peel off the skin & take away the seeds in the middle.
Chop them into big cubes & refrigirate preferably in freezer for half hour.
This helps in reducing the smell of musk melon fruit which wont be preferred by many.
Take a blender.
Put the melon cubes & some ice cubes as well.
(Can add 5ml Orange Squash also which induces the taste)
Add 2 tbsp sugar and grind thoroughly..
Enjoy the rich nutrients of this fruit.
