Seasoned Turmeric Eggs


Ah!! Eggs are always exciting to eat as well to cook.
You would love the texture and taste of this dish for sure.






For Seasoning:

Grab few green chillies and slit them and as well chop them finely.
Also grab few curry leaves.
Turmeric - little high.. approx 1/2tbsp would be ideal.

Method:




In a pan add extra virgin olive oil.
After a sec, add the boiled eggs.
Add the turmeric and green chillies and curry leaves.
Roast for 5mins.
Keep aside.

For the Curry:

Chop a medium sized onion.
Chop a medium size tomato.
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp.
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup

Method:




In the same pan, saute the onions.
Add salt to taste.
Add the tomato and the powders
Add half cup coconut milk and let the curry get cooked for 5mins.
Now place the seasoned eggs on top and serve hot.
