Sev


Kids munch fav...





The Besan Flour has many forms & 1 such is this interesting, easy Sev..

Take a cup of Besan Flour
Salt - to taste
Since its for the kids, i am taking just a pinch of Rech chilli pdr

Make a dough with the help of water.
The dough can be little more than softer side.
But not too hard as then you will end up pressing hard from the vessel.





Take the multi -hole Sev vessel.
Place this dough inside .
Into a hot pan of oil, press the vessel with the dough so the thin strands will get into the oil.
Once they are crisp & golden in color take away.
Strain the oil.

Either you can serve as it is with long strands.
Or, break them into small tiny pieces.
