Shirred Eggs - Indian Style

The classic baked eggs in prefect style.
Little compromise have been done to make them in our Hindustani Style.





Ingredients Reqd:

Eggs - 2
Onion - small size
Tomato - small size
Corn - boiled half cup
Baby Corn - quarted boiled cup
Capsicum - small size
Pepper & salt to taste

Process:

Saute onion until translucent.
Add tomatoes and cook until the raw flavor evades away.
Add in the capsicum and half cook them
Add the corns.
Sprinkle pepper & salt to taste.

Transfer them to a baking safe bowl.
Break an egg on top of them.
Bake them for 10 minutes at 180 Deg C

Your Shirred Eggs are ready to snack them
