Wheat Butter Naan

The most saught after rotis is the Naan.
I have chosen to make them with wheat flour this time.

Required Items:

Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Dry Yeast - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Milk - Quarter cup

Start By:

Soake the yeast in warm water for 15 minutes.
Once the yeast gets dissolved complete, add in the salt and milk.
Sieve out the flour into this mixture.
You can as well add quarter cup refined all purpose flour if you like to enhance the taste.
Mix well and knead to a really sticky dough.
Let the dough sit there, closed and warm for 2 hrs minimum.

Now you can see the dough has really puffed up in size.
Take a small lemon size ball, and place on a flour dusted plate.
With your palm just press the dough flat.
Now place the dough in 1 palm and gently transfer to the other palm.
Like the way you toss the ball from 1 palm to the other.
Gently toss the flattened dough back and forth between your palm.
You can see the dough expand in length as you do.
Again with your palm make the shape of a naan, i mean a flat triangle shape.
With no delay tansfer to the hot tawa and toast them.

Brush off butter. Serve hot with any preferred gravies of your choice.
