Aloo Parota


Hot puff Aloo parotas are always a rich dinner to indulge with.




 Requirements:

Boiled Aloos - 3
Onion - 1
Green Chillies - 5
Coreander Leaves - Few
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Wheat Flour - 3 cups

Method :

Make a dough out of the wheat flour.
Mix the boiled aloo, chopped onions, green chillies, Leaves and chilli powder together
with required salt.
Make big sized balls out of the dough.
Flatten them moderately and spread the aloo mixture on top.



Again fold the flattened ball to conceal the stuffed aloo.
Dust with required flour and spread into thicker width.
Toast them on tawa.
Apply butter.

Ready :-)
