Pinwheel Pizza


Fun is for sure when you indulge in the baking of this pizza.

 




You Need: ( Pinwheel Pizza base )

All purpose Flour - half cup
Wheat Floue - half cup
Dry Yeast - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method :

Take a bowl, add warm water and the dry yeast.
Allow the yeast to get settle in the water.

Add the flours, mix well.
Add sugar, oil and start kneading.
Rest the dough for an hour.

For the Stuffing :

You Need :

Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Seasonings - 1 tbsp
Cheese - a slice

Method :

Toss the capsicum and onions for a few mins fine sauting.
Flatten the dough.







Brush the tomato ketchup, and on top sprinkle the seasoning.
Arrange the veggies and again cover them with the cheese.
Roll them tight.
Refrigirate for an hour.

Baking:

Slice the rolled dough.
Brush them with oil.







Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C.
Bake the rolls for 10 mins at 180 Deg C.


Pinwheel Pizzas are ready.
