Plain Rasam

Plain rasam is what I call this, as i am not adding any dal to this dish.
In a state of no mood to even keep dal in cooker :-), you can really rely on this.
No, no, this is not for lazy cooking.
By the time you start making, the awesome aroma will give you instant energy boost.
And you end up cooking, not 1.. but even more :-) :-)

Roughly, I took a small pan and dry roasted each tbsp of:
Urad Dal, Toor Dal, Coreander Seeds, Red chillies, Curry Leaves, Peppercorns, Garlic.
Next I powdered all these to a fine powder.

Took a small vessel and added in some chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are cooked, I added the grinded powder.
Spluttered in the seasoned mustard in coconut oil into the rasam.
Add chopped coreander leaves to garnish.

The simple and quick plain rasam is ready.
