Pudalanga Fries


This dish is interesting especially to side munch for the Lemon rice, Dal rice...





A big snakegourd, few green chillies and few red chillies.
1 onion, 3 tbsp coconut.

To a medium size pan, add few tbsp oil.
Once the oil heats up splutter mustard, urad and chana dal 1 tsp each.
Saute together finely chopped onion and snakegourd.
Add 1tsp salt and 1tsp turmeric powder.
Powder together coconut, green chillies and redchillies.
Add to the snakegourd mixture and stir fry until well roasted.

Ready now :-)
