Veg Manchurian Gravy

Looking at the vegetables like carrot, beans and cabbage i got tempted to make Veg Kurma.
But the last time i made the kurma i found my little boys were too hesitant to taste the gravy.
Hence i thought these vegetables gonna treat my little kids and decided on this Manchurian kind.

Reqmts:
All possible vegetables like Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spring Onions.
Ginger & Garlic - chopped well
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Refined Flour - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
White Pepper - 1 tsp

Method:
Take a pan, and add all the finely chopped vegetables. ( except Capsicum and Spring onion)
Add enough salt and turmeric powder along with the vegetables.

Add water as much required to give them a 3/4th cook.
Once this is done, let the vegetables chill.
If any extra water drain and store the water in a bowl.
The moisture in the vegetable is enough to make small balls.
Add 3 tbsp refined flour and 3 tbsp corn flour to the vegetables and
shape them into small size balls.

Take a pan again, add in 3 tbsp oil and fry the vegetable balls on all sides.
Take away the fried balls, and to the same pan, add the chopped ginger and garlic.

Add in the white portion of the spring onions and give a fine saute with enough salt.
Be cautious with the salt, as the vegetables and the sauce also have sauce in themselves.
Now add in Soya sauce, the fried vegetable balls.
Add 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.

After few minutes, add the cornflour - water mixture ( to 1 tbsp Cornflour add 2 tbsp water n mix well)
Once the gravy thickens the fun food is ready to be served with Rotis/ Chapathis.
