Hot and Sour Vegetable Soup - Chinese

The weather has turned too cloudy here that the breeze is very cold and demands some body warmth.
Well.. There cannot be a better comfort than a Tangy Sour Spicy Soup..
Not a minute wasted, I went in full swing to make the soup as i felt glad that i had all the vegetables stocked
required to make the soup. As well the sauces.

Let me share the fantastic soup recipe.
Ingredients :
Carrot - Medium size ; French Beans - 4 ; Cabbage - Quarter cup
Ginger & Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped ; Spring Onion - Few ; Celery - Few
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp ; Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp ; Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp ; Capsicum - 1 ( preferred color, I took the yellow )

Method :

Chop all the vegetables as thin as possible.
Take a wide pan, saute the ginger garlic and spring onions.

Add in the other chopped vegetables and keep sauting until they become crisp enough.
Pour in water required and allow the vegetables to get half cooked.

Add in Soya sauce, Red chilli sauce and Vinegar.
Check for the salt as the sauces themselves posess the salt, if required more add in salt.
Pour in the cornflour - water mixture. ( Mix the cornflour in 2 tbsp water )
Leave for a 1 boil.
Saute long slit capsicum and finely chopped celery into the mix.

The aromatic Chinese Hot & Sour soup is ready :-)
