Cream of Palak Soup


I was entirely doubtful all the while I was preparing the soup thinking if my people will like to sip them.
But once with a single sip, they said it's too good. Thankfully, I poured the entire hot pot into the soup bowl and enjoyed all.




Ingredients Required :

Palak - A bunch
1 small size Onion
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Pepper - 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Cream - 5 tbsp

Method:
 
Blanch the Spinach.
Saute finely chopped garlic, ginger and onion.
Grind the Spinach along with the sauted ingredients.
Take a wide pan, Add in the grinded paste.
Pour in enough water.
Let the rawness evades off and the watery portion thickens well.
Add in cream.
Add in Pepper.
