Southern Spiced Carrot Soup

Bored of making the Chinese kind Soups, I determined myself to make them as Southern Spiced this time around...

Left with only 1 medium sized carrot, I was staring at quite a while wanting a recipe to make out of it. That was when I deceided to give them a Soup form :-)

Onions and Tomatoes are a big companions as such to accompany the quantity if in case the main ingredient is not surplus.

Grinded roughly chopped Carrot, 1 Onion and 1 Tomato into a fine paste.,
Took a bowl/vessel, poured in this juice, added a tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste,
Quickly spiced this along with a Bay Leaf and a Cinnamon Stick,
1 tsp Chilli Powder, Salt as per taste, pinch of Jeera powder ( not much, else will resmeble Rasam taste),
Slit Green Chillies goes in, and allowed to get boiled until all the raw flavors evades.,
Finally added a tsp Pepper ( freshly crushed )

Thick / Thin consistency is adjusted with the help of water!!!
