Usually, when my dosa batter gets sour, I tend to make these tiny little spiced up Paniyarams.
Just as simple as it is..
All we need is Dosa batter of the Sour version.
Add in finely chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies, salt.
I have my Paniyaram vessel, the pot/holed copper bottomed vessel.
Gently add in enough oil, for the crisper ones, may be more oil is required.
And pour in half a scoop of the batter.
Leave until they are cooked and flip them to get cooked the other side as well.
Goes well with Peanut Chutney/ Coconut Chutney.
