Babycorn Seasoned

Well.. the title of the dish goes in par with the process as I have only seasoned the babycorns with some handful of ingredients.
An alternative to the deep fried recipe. Yet yields in an equivalent yummy taste.

It is equally important to collect the best and fresh babycorns, as these days, most of these stuffs are well packed and refrigirated in the stores.
Next it to indulge them in a thorough wash.
Chop them as round & roundy beauties.
Soak them into a cup of boiled hot water.
Let them sit there to cook themselves partially for some 10 minutes.

Take a wide pan. A generous check in of 3 tbsp of refined oil.
While medium heated, add in the partially - boiled babycorns.

Sprinkle salt, Soya sauce ( 1 tsp ), a tsp of Chat masala powder, and 1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.
Keep the babycorns well seasoned with these ingredients for some 15 minutes.

Serve them hot.
Crunchy, yet soggy, yet finger licking BabyCorns are ready to munch on.
