Ragi Sweet Milk


The sweetened Ragi milk is one of my childhood favorite.. I would say Food :-)
I take for breakfast.. or a lunch... anytime :-)





 Ingredients Required :

Ragi Flour - 2 tbsp
Water - as per reqd
Sugar - as per reqd
Milk - 1 cup

Method :

  1. Start by mixing the ragi flour in enough water to make a fine paste.
  1. Add little more water and make the mix a watery consistency.
  2. Switch on the stove, Keep stirring the mixture, else lumps will get accumulated.
  3. Once the mixture thickens, add Sugar and pour the Milk.
  1. Keep stirring for 5 more minutes.
Can sip hot / cold.
