Mysore Bonda


The real delightful taste of the spongy spongy Mysore Bondas are a lifetime rememberance when ate hot and as well coupled with a masala chai..


All that you require to prepare them are : A cup All Purpose Flour,
                                                                  Quarter Cup Rice Flour,
                                                                  Salt to taste and 1 tsp of Soda Salt
                                                                  Handful of Cumin Seeds
                                                                  1 tbsp of finely chopped Green Chillies
                                                                  1 cup Sour Buttermilk.
Now that we saw the items required to prepare these bondas, lets quickly look into the method:

I started with mixing all the dry flours and salt and green chillies and cumin seeds thoroughly.
Slowly poured in the buttermilk as well.
Gave a generous blend of all these.


And I allowed to rest for an hour.
Heat up a pan of Oil.
Wet your hands and dip the bonda batter slowly into the hot oil.



All through the frying process the heat should be in Sim mode.
Else the inner side of the bondas wont get cooked.



Enjoy the fluffy and spongy hot Mysore Bondas with a Superb Masala Chai.
