Fried Podi Idli


Instant and quick.. as well Yummy and Tangy !!!!




Ingredients:

Steamed Idlis - 1 cup ( 4 numbers )
Onion - 1 Medium sized
Green Chillies - 2 slit
Tomato - 1/4 of a tomato
Idli Powder - 2 tbsp
Mustard and Urad and Curry Leaves

Method :


  1. Take the steamed idlis. Slice them into cubes.
  2. Heat 2tbsp gingelly oil in a pan and splutter mustard, and urad seeds and as well curry leaves. Saute onion and green chillies until translucent
  3. Add in the sliced idlis. Give a 2 minute toss.
  4. Sprinkle in the idli powder, toss for few more minutes until the idlis are crisp and fine.

They are ready now to gave a tasty munch on,,...
