Marshmallow topped Vanila Sponge Cake

This Vanila Sponge cake tasted the exact replica of Bakery brought ones.
The recipe is very simple with a handful of regular ingredients.

Ingredients :

3/4 th Cup Butter
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Refined Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1/3 tsp Salt
4 large Eggs
1 tbsp. Vanila Extract
3/4 th Cup Heavy Cream

Prep Time : 15 minutes
Cook Time : 25 minutes
Serves : 6 to 7 Persons

Method:

Start by bringing together the flour, baking powder and sugar and mix them.
Next, beat the sugar and butter until you get a fluffy portion.
To this add eggs 1 at a time and continue to beat well after the addition of every egg.
Pour in the Vanila Extract.
Make a well in the Flour portion, and pour this beaten wet portion gradually and fold in the flour gently.
Now add the Cream.
Preheat the Oven to 180 deg.
Take an Ove safe baking vessel.
Grease the vessel on the bottom and all sides using little butter and dust a qtr spoon flour and tap.
Pour in the cake batter and bake at 180 deg C for 25 minutes or until the cake comes out non sticky.

My Tip:
Can place the butter paper inside the baking vessel, grease them and dust a little flour and pour the cake batter.
This allows the cake to get peeled off without getting crumbled or sticked onto the base of the vessel.

Icing:

I took 3 tbsp. of Cream, half cup Icing Sugar, Quarter cup Cocoa Powder and gave a thorough mix.
With the help of a flat knife or spatula I applied this icing on the cake and covered all the sides.

Now its the time for the /marshmallows to top up and onto the sides.
