The starter coarse of these Mushrooms are really light and gives that edgy taste..
Mushrooms, Onions, Bell Peppers, Carrot and Spring Onion ( As Required Quantity )
Salt, Vinegar, Pepper Kasoori Methi ( Each Quarter tsp )
Heat a pan, with 2 tbsp Olive Oil.
Slit and chop the veggies as per your preferred pattern.
Add in these into the pan, and keep seasoning until they turn moist.
Sprinkle in the spices.
Ready to serve... Within minutes :-)
My Tip : A pinch of Chat masala powder before serving would improvise the taste..
