Corn Oats Bhel


A delightful breakfast for those health freak foodies over there...
There are corns & oats which fill in your tummy...






All that i grabbed to make them are:

Onion - A medium size
Tomato - A medium size
Oats - 2 tbsp
Boiled Corn ( sweet or plain) - 5 tbsp
Your preferred Vegetables - chopped well
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 slit
Coreander Leaves - chopped well

Process:






Take a pan and grease well with Olive oil.
Saute onion, green chillies with required salt.
Add chopped vegetables and a pinch of turmeric powder.
Pour quarter cup water and let the vegetables cook for 3/4th boiled stage.
Let the raw flavor disappear.
Now add 2 tbsp water and when the water boils add the oats and stir well.
Once the oats gets cooked, add the boiled corn.
After 2 minutes, sprinkle chopped coreander leaves.

Serve hot.
I made Corn Oats Bhel for breakfast food, hence i avoided using ginger garlic paste.
If preferred you can add a tsp of ginger garlic paste as well to enhance the taste.
